ABOUT CAHL

Cincinnati Adult Hockey League (CAHL) is one of Ohio's largest adult recreational hockey leagues, with over 1,750 players and home to 80 teams (and growing). We offer a wide range of divisions and growth opportunities. We proudly offer co-ed divisions and welcome players of all skill levels and backgrounds. Whether you're stepping on the ice for the first time or you've been playing for years, there's a place for you in our league. Our goal is to provide a fun, competitive environment where everyone can enjoy the game. Our leagues are designed for players 16 years old and beyond 60+ years old. All games are played at Northland Ice Center and Queen City Sportsplex.

NEW TO HOCKEY?

Our Learn to Play Hockey Program is designed to help beginners build confidence, learn the fundamentals, and transition into league play at their own pace and skill level. NEED EQUIPMENT?

Northland Pro Shop is conveniently located inside of Northland Ice Center carrying a wide selection of equipment for both beginner and experienced players. Whether you are purchasing your first set of equipment, upgrading, or needing a repair knowledgeable staff is there to help every step of the way!

At CAHL, we believe hockey is for everyone. Our community is built on sportsmanship, respect, having fun, and creating an atmosphere where players can compete, improve, and make lasting friendships on and off the ice.

If you have a disability or special needs and have an interest in playing hockey, we encourage you to explore local adaptive hockey programs, including sled hockey and special hockey. Our staff can help connect you to other organizations that specialize in this area.
